3 good reasons to have lunch at the InterContinental Marseille – Hôtel Dieu this summer

To (re)discover the brasserie Les Fenêtres

Next to the Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Alcyone, the chic contemporary brasserie Les Fenêtres celebrates modern and uninhibited Provençal cuisine, like the "bouille-abaisse milkshake", a masterful reinterpretation of the emblematic Marseille dish by the Executive Chef of the Hotel InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu, Lionel Levy. We sit on the terrace, and we enjoy the view of Marseille as much as the plate!

For a healthy treat

Until September 1, the brasserie Les Fenêtres is offering a Clarins well-being menu with a taste of scrubland and the Mediterranean, created by Dr Olivier Courtin-Clarins, Managing Director Clarins, and chef Lionel Levy. Rich in vitamins and trace elements, this menu includes a sea bass tartare with lemon balm and ginger, basil and lemon granita, all in freshness, a cassolette of spring vegetables stewed in the moment with lemon thyme and borage flowers , as well as a chocolate dessert flavored with tonka bean, accompanied by liquorice ice cream.
