A floating hotel will open its doors in Lapland

The hotels compete in originality to offer travellers, lovers of adventure, new experiences and beautiful memories to tell! This is the case of the Arctic Bath Hotel, located in Kiruna, in northern Lapland, which should open its doors in mid-2018. This (very) original place will offer its customers the opportunity to spend a 100 % dedicated to well-being and relaxation, in particular thanks to its large spa built on the water... More relaxing, it will be hard to find!

A fully equipped spa

Built on the Lule River, the Arctic Bath Hotel will impress tourists year-round as it sits on ice in winter and floats in summer. And if we're lucky, we might have the opportunity to admire one of the famous aurora borealis... It's a dream, isn't it? Outside, you can contemplate the unique architecture of the place imagined in such a way that the hotel merges (almost) into its natural environment. Inside, the lucky visitors (there are only 6 rooms!) will be immersed in a relaxing and uncluttered setting, but will also be able to take advantage of the multiple facilities provided including four saunas, a jacuzzi and an outdoor arctic swimming pool, maintained at -4°C (we assure you, swimming is not compulsory)! To perfect the relaxation, massages, facials and wraps will be offered. In terms of price, there are around 5,500 crowns/night (around €560) for two people, and breakfast is included.

An idea for the next vacation?
