We “slow cook” on the farm

Where for example? At the Moncel farm, in Fay, in the Orne, member of the Un lit au pré network (glamorous tents in canvas and wood with stove installed in the meadows…).

Why is it good (and good)? Picking up the fresh eggs in the morning, and cooking them right away, picking your vegetables directly from the vegetable garden, watching the cows being milked... Staying on the farm is always like being a bit of a child again, in addition to making sure you product traceability! By booking the "Cauldron in the meadow" package, you (re)discover, in addition, the virtues of slow cooking. Armed with good local ingredients (vegetables, meat, etc.), we simmer our lunch in the open air on a good wood fire. A good school, too, patience...
